Trucks bring waste here from the big city. You get money for each car. When the landfill is full, you will lose. How can you avoid this?

Build factories

You can build incinerators. However, your city residents will be unhappy as they pollute the environment - you can lose the game. Upgrade your factories to be less harmful to nature. If the situation doesn’t improve, perhaps building a rocket is your way out.

You can issue a decree to decrease city residents’ dissatisfaction. However, remember that money is not a universal solution.
